A digital place for people who access services, carers, staff and partner agencies, to share ideas around care co-ordination & care planning in mental health

You are invited to attend a meeting on the 20th November to hear more about the Planning Care Network.

There are 2 venues:

Sycamore Suite at Bootham Park Hospital, York 10.00 – 12.00

Becklin Centre Training Room 3, Leeds 14.00 – 16.00

It would be great to see you there, but if you can’t attend that’s ok; just check back here to see whats going on.

  1. I caught up reading the slides and write up having missed the meeting – this is a really great way of sharing info and ideas. Can the CPA leaflet and guidance be posted here too and can we add third sector as a tag please? it would be great to see a city wide conversation about CPA as many different organisations are contributing and potentially could do so more.

Can I also encourage people to sign up to the volition website http://www.volition.org.uk for regular updates about mental health in Leeds?

    • Thanks for posting Pip, certainly will load up the CPA leaflet and the care planning guidance in the next week; I have added the tag. After the event last week about engaging with partner agencies it seems that having conversations is a great way forward.
