Online Peer Support – workshop

Have you got lived experience of mental health difficulties?

Are you interested in online (Internet) based support?

If so, we’d like you to help us answer this question: how could online peer support in Leeds help you better manage your mental health and wellbeing?

An informal, creative and fun workshop on Wednesday 19 November 10.30 – 3pm at Inkwell Arts, 31 Potternewton Lane, Leeds LS7 3LW.

Free refreshments, lunch and out-of-pocket expenses.

World Mental Health Day 10th October

World Mental Health Day 2014 is on Friday 10th October. This year Volition is joining with Adult Social Care and Time to Change Leeds to put on an event with the theme “Let’s talk, let’s connect”.

The event will take place in the Banquet Suite of Leeds Civic Hall and there will be stalls, information, entertainment and activities.  The event is free and open to everyone.  Do come along!
